Yes, our wool blankets are safe for dogs. The wool we use is hypoallergenic and not known to cause allergies in pets. Additionally, wool is naturally flame-resistant, which is an added safety feature.
Our wool blankets are machine washable in cold water and should be tumbled dried on low heat. Avoid using bleach or fabric softener, and always use a mild detergent. For best results, we recommend handwashing or dry cleaning.
The lifespan of the blanket will depend on how often it’s used and how well it’s cared for. With proper care and maintenance, our wool blankets can last for several years.

While we don’t offer direct exchanges, you can return any new, unused item, for a refund and place an order for the new item that you would like instead.

Azores and Madeira), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (exc. Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) & Sweden.
Please note that we do cover all duties when shipping to these countries.

We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. In-stock items are typically processed within 1-2 business days, but please note orders placed on a Friday will not ship until Monday. All of our domestic orders are sent via ground shipping. We are not responsible for courier delays. If you have any questions please reach out to info@blankipets.com

We accept returns of items that are unused, unwashed, and in the same condition it was received on full priced domestic orders within 14 days of the order date. Full priced merchandise may be returned for a refund to the original form of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item, in which case we will provide a complimentary return label.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sale items. All sale items are FINAL SALE.
